Built and run for you.

We don’t hand you a tool and a login. We build the automation, we keep it running, and you get back to the work that actually pays.

We start with the software you already pay for.

Most of what you’d want automated, your current tools can already do. When a job needs more than they can handle, we use the lightest option that works and run it ourselves, so you don’t end up with a bigger stack to manage.

You bring the know-how. We make the software do it.

You know how the work gets done in your shop. We set up an automation that runs it the same way every time, without anyone having to remember.

Every week, someone on your team spends hours on the same handful of tasks. Confirming tomorrow’s appointments. Texting customers that the technician is on the way. Chasing the invoice that didn’t get paid. Copying the same job details from one program into another. None of it grows the business, and all of it has to get done.

You’ve probably known for a while that most of it could run on its own. It just never made it to the top of anyone’s list. Setting it up is the part we handle. You tell us how the work gets done, and we build the automation and run it.

What We Automate for Columbia Home Service Businesses

There’s no fixed menu here. We start by finding the work that’s quietly eating your team’s hours, then we automate the pieces that are worth automating. Here’s the kind of thing that usually makes the list.

Appointment scheduling and confirmations

The back-and-forth to book a job and the reminder the day before both run on their own, so your office isn't spending the afternoon on the phone confirming tomorrow.

Day-of-service updates

Customers get a "your tech is on the way" text automatically, which cuts down the "where are they?" calls your office has to field.

Payment reminders

The invoice that didn't get paid gets a polite nudge on schedule, instead of waiting on someone to remember to chase it.

Moving information between programs

The same job details stop getting typed by hand into two or three different systems. Enter it once, and it shows up where it needs to.

Call tracking and sentiment

See which calls turned into booked jobs and which ones went sideways, without anyone sitting through every recording.

Review requests

If your current software can't ask for reviews on its own, we can run that through our Ninja Inbox.

If the repetitive thing eating your week isn’t on this list, it can probably still be automated. Finding those is the sole purpose of the first call.

How This Works

Step 1

You tell us where the time goes.

On a free call, you walk us through the tasks that eat your team’s week. You know how the work gets done, and that’s the part we can’t guess at.

Step 2

We find what's worth automating.

Not everything should be. We point out the pieces where automation will save you time, and we’re straight with you about the ones that aren’t worth the spend.

Step 3

We scope it and price it before anyone builds anything.

You get a written breakdown of what we’ll build and what it’ll cost, with an estimate of the hours, before any work starts.

Step 4

We build it.

We configure it inside the tools you already have where we can, and on the lightest setup that does the job where we can’t.

Step 5

We run it.

Once it’s live, keeping it running is on us. When something needs adjusting, you call us directly and reach the team that built it, here in Columbia.

The Cut Throat Marketing Difference

We build it on what you already have.

Oftentimes, most of what you’d want automated, your current software can already do. You’re probably paying for features you’ve never switched on. We start there. When a job needs more than your tools can handle, we use the lightest option that does it and run it for you. You get the result without an unruly stack to keep up with.

We already speak home services.

This isn’t our first time inside a home-service operation. In fact, home-services businesses are our specialty. We run the marketing for businesses like yours, so we already understand how the calls come in, how the jobs get scheduled, and where the office loses efficiency. We keep a finger on the pulse of the industries we represent, so you won’t have to waste time bringing us up to speed.

A US-based team in Columbia you can actually reach.

Every person who works on your automations is on our team here in Columbia, SC. When something needs attention, you call us and talk to someone who knows your setup. One number, one team.

You own the code we write for you.

Any custom software we build for you is yours. The one thing to know: if we host a piece of your automation on our servers and you ever leave, you’ll need to take your files before we shut that server down, or you could lose them. We’ll always tell you plainly when that applies.

Start With a Free Automation Review

The first call is a conversation about your operation. You walk us through the tasks that eat your team’s time, and we point out where automation will make a difference and where it won’t. No obligation, and nothing to install. If there isn’t enough repetitive work in your business to be worth automating, you’ll hear that from us.

If we do find work worth automating, you’ll get a written scope and an estimate of the hours before anyone builds anything. Automation work runs $150 an hour, and anything we expect to take a significant amount of time gets quoted up front. If an automation needs ongoing upkeep once it’s live, that’s scoped when we build it and billed by the hour, so you approve the cost before it goes live.

Common Questions

Do I need to be technical to do this?

No. You need to understand how the work gets done in your business, or have someone on your team who does. You don't need to know anything about software. You explain the task, and we handle the technical side.

What if my current software already does some of this?

Even better. A lot of what owners want automated, their tools can already do, they just never got it set up. If your software can handle it, we turn it on and configure it. We only bring in anything new when your current tools can't do the job.

Will this leave me paying for a pile of new software?

We work to keep that from happening. We start with what you already pay for. When a job genuinely needs a tool you don't have, we use the lightest one that works and run it on our end, so you're not the one administering it. If a job does need a paid tool to keep running, we scope that cost up front, before we build, so it's never a surprise.

What does it cost?

Automation work is billed at $150 an hour. Every project starts with a written scope and an estimate of the hours before any work begins, so you approve the cost up front. Smaller projects take a 50% deposit. Larger ones are billed as we hit milestones along the way.

Do you figure out my workflow for me?

No, and for good reason. The automations that work are the ones built around a process someone on your end already understands. We're not going to design how your business runs. You bring the process, and we build the software that runs it.

Who does the work, and where are you?

Our team, here in Columbia, SC. Every automation is built and run by people on our staff, nothing gets handed off somewhere else. When something needs attention, you call one number and reach the team that built it.

Do I own what you build?

The custom code we write for you is yours. The one thing to know: if we host part of your automation on our servers and you decide to leave, you'll need to take your files before we shut that server down in order to keep them. We'll always tell you when that applies.

Can you build something completely custom?

Yes. Some automations run inside tools you already have. Others we build as custom software that runs on your machine, your server, or ours. If the repetitive work is specific to how you operate, we can usually build something for it.
