Every site is 100% custom.
No templates and no themes. Every page is designed and written from scratch for your business and the customers you want calling.
Launched in 8 weeks.
Those 8 weeks run from your onboarding meeting to your live site, and the page list and exact price are settled before the clock starts.
Yours from day one.
The website, the content, and the analytics are built in your name from the start. If we ever part ways, every piece of it goes with you.
WEBSITE DESIGN IN COLUMBIA, SC THAT GETS YOU PICKED, NOT JUST FOUND
The homeowner with three tabs open and a few spare minutes isn't comparing logos. They're answering a short list of questions: does this company handle my problem, do they work where I live, can I trust them in my house, and what happens if I call. That's the three-bid homeowner doing the first cut, before anybody gets asked to come take a look. Most service sites answer none of those questions, because they were built to describe the company instead: a welcome paragraph, a stock photo in a hard hat, and a contact form doing all the selling. The site that answers all four gets the call.
Those four questions are the build spec. Every page we design uses them as a foundation and answers them inside the few minutes a homeowner is willing to give you.

THE FOUR JOBS YOUR WEBSITE HAS TO DO
A website that gets picked is doing four jobs at once, and every piece of the build maps to one of them.
Job 1: Get Found
Before any homeowner reads your site, Google does. Every build ships with the foundation Google checks for: clean code, organized headings, the behind-the-scenes markup that tells it what each page is about, and a page structure designed around the searches your customers type. Rankings get earned over time, and they get earned on top of that foundation.
✓ Page list and site structure built around your main keywords
✓ Heading structure, image optimization, and Google-readable markup on every page
✓ Built on WordPress with no off-the-shelf theme weighing it down
Job 2: Get Read
The comparison happens on a phone, in a few spare minutes, and nobody waits on a slow page. Every site is designed for the phone first: quick to load and easy to scan with a thumb. The desktop version gets the same care, but the phone is almost always where the picking happens.
✓ Designed phone-first and tested on phones, tablets, and desktops before launch
✓ Page speed checked page by page before the site goes live
✓ Short sections and plain headings a homeowner can scan in a parking lot
Job 3: Get Believed
A homeowner deciding who to let in the house wants proof, not adjectives. So the site runs on your real work: your crew, your trucks, your finished jobs, and copy written the way your customers talk instead of the way the industry does.
✓ Your real photos on every page; after onboarding, we send the exact shot list of what to capture
✓ Every word written by our team, included in the build, in your customers' language
✓ Your reviews placed next to the claims they back up
Job 4: Get the Call
Every page ends in an easy next step: a phone number that dials in one tap and a short form for the homeowner who'd rather type. The build ships with the counting wired in, so you see which pages produce leads instead of guessing.
✓ Tap-to-call and short forms on every page, not buried on a contact page
✓ Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager configured before launch, with every form submission counted from day one
✓ Call tracking: we can wire in the system you already use, or set up Ninja Inbox, our own call-tracking system (additional charge)
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU ASK FOR YOUR WEBSITE PLAN
We don't start designing until we understand how your business wins work.

Get your free Website Plan.
We look at what you do, where you work, and what you have now, then map the page list your site needs. You leave the call with that list, the exact price at our per-page rates, and your launch timeline. If what you have only needs a few pages fixed instead of a full build, you'll hear that too.

Onboarding: we learn your business.
Before anything gets designed, we sit down with you and dig into how the company actually works: the jobs you want more of, the customers worth having, what you do differently from the companies you bid against, and why your best customers picked you. The site gets built from those answers, not from a generic questionnaire. Your 8-week clock starts here, and your photo shot list follows right after.

Design and copy.
Our designers build your layout while our writers put every page into your customers' language. You get two rounds of revisions before anything gets built.

Build and test.
We build the approved design on WordPress and test every page on phones, tablets, and desktops: load speed, forms, tap-to-call; all of it gets checked before launch.

Launch.
Your site goes live on schedule, in your name, with the tracking counting from day one. If you host with us, we keep it backed up and updated on our end. Either way, the site is yours.
“Our website is beautiful, Jordan has our Social Media working for us, and we are ranking well on Google, so could not be happier. We look forward to another prosperous year with the Cut Throat team!”

WHAT COMES WITH EVERY BUILD

Every site - 100% custom.
A theme doesn't know your business, so we don't use one. Every page gets designed from scratch using information turned up during onboarding about how you win work. A homeowner has scrolled past a hundred template sites. Yours won't read like one, because it will be truly unique.

SEO and AIO in the foundation, not the upsell.
The foundation Google checks ships with every build: the structure, the markup, the speed, the keyword-mapped pages. That same foundation is what AI tools read when they answer your customer's search, so one build covers both. Your site starts life ready to earn rankings instead of needing constant repair work.

100% US-based team.
Every person who designs your pages and writes your copy is based in the United States. Your website needs to read like it was written by someone who thinks in your customers' language. When it sounds like a real person in your market, homeowners trust it and call. When it reads like it was translated or templated, they close the tab.

One client per trade, per market.
A custom website's whole job is setting you apart, and we can't build both yours and your competitors without designing against ourselves. So we don't. One client per trade, per market, and everything we learn about selling your trade around here goes into your site and nobody else's.

The price and the timeline hold.
ou'll have the page list and the exact price before the clock starts, and the rates are per page, so the number can't quietly grow on you. Eight weeks from onboarding to launch, with two revision rounds built into the schedule.

One call. You leave with the page list your site needs, the exact price at our per-page rates, and your launch timeline.
WHAT YOUR WEBSITE COSTS
The pricing is per page, and the rate drops as the site grows:
| PAGES | RATE |
|---|---|
| 1 to 4 pages | $1,500 per page |
| 5 to 9 pages | $1,250 per page |
| 10 to 24 pages | $1,000 per page |
| 25+ pages | $750 per page |
Onboarding is included at every tier. A site over 25 pages will take longer than 8 weeks to build.
A typical service business site lands at 5 to 9 pages: a homepage, a page for each service worth ranking for, and a contact page. A 5-page site runs $6,250. A 10-page site, the kind with a page for every service runs $10,000. You'll have your exact page count and total on the plan call, before you commit to anything.
Every page in that count comes the same way:
Built to be found.
Heading structure, image optimization, Google-readable markup, and a page mapped to a keyword that brings in work.
Designed from scratch.
A custom layout for your business, with two revision rounds before anything gets built.
Counted from day one.
Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager configured at launch, with every form submission tracked.
Written for you.
Every word on every page, in your customers' language, included in the rate.
Two things ride separately. Hosting is its own monthly or annual plan, and your site isn't chained to it: host with us or take it anywhere. Call tracking, if you want calls counted alongside forms, can use the system you already have or our Ninja Inbox, set up for an additional charge.

Questions? We've Got Answers
How much does a website cost in Columbia, SC?
The rates are per page: 1 to 4 pages run $1,500 each, 5 to 9 run $1,250, 10 to 24 run $1,000, and 25 and up run $750, with onboarding included at every tier. A typical service business site lands somewhere between 5 and 9 pages, which puts most projects between $6,250 and $10,000. The free Website Plan call settles your exact page count and total, so you're not guessing from a range.
How long does it take to build a website?
8 weeks from your onboarding meeting to launch. The clock starts at onboarding rather than at signing because the design work can't start until we've sat down with you, and the page list and price are already settled by then. A site over 25 pages takes longer than 8 weeks to build.
What do we need from you?
Your time at the onboarding meeting, your photos, and your feedback. The onboarding meeting is where we learn how your business wins work, and everything in the design comes from it. The photos need to be your actual crew and jobs; you'll get a shot list after onboarding that spells out exactly what to capture. The feedback matters because the 8-week timeline and your two revision rounds move at the speed you respond, and clients who turn feedback around quickly are the ones who launch on schedule.
Do you use templates or themes?
No. Every site is designed from scratch. We build on WordPress, which is the platform underneath, but there's no theme or template involved. The design and the code on top of it are built for you and belong to you.
Will my website show up on Google?
Your site launches with the on-page work Google checks already done: clean code, fast pages, organized headings, pages mapped to the searches your customers type, and the markup that tells Google what each one is about. What a build can't do is earn rankings by itself, because positions build over time as Google watches the site. That ongoing work is our Local SEO service, and it sits on top of the foundation the website provides. If you're thinking about both, bring it up on the plan call and we'll walk through how they fit.
What if I already have a website?
Then the plan call starts there. We'll look at what you have and tell you whether it needs a full rebuild or just a handful of pages rewritten at the same per-page rates. If a few pages is all it takes, that's what we'll quote.
Who writes the copy on my site?
Our writers do, and it's included in the per-page rate, not an add-on. Everyone who writes for us is US-based and writes in the language your customers actually use when they're looking for your kind of work. You'll have the ability review every word during your revision rounds.
Who owns the website when it's done?
You do, starting the day the project begins, not the day it ends. The site, the content, and the analytics are all set up in your name. If you ever stop working with us, you keep all of it, and you can host it with anyone.
Do you host the website?
We can. Hosting is a separate plan, billed monthly or annually, and it covers backups, updates to WordPress and everything running under it, and tech support when something on the site needs attention. It's optional, and the site works the same anywhere you host it. The full details are on our hosting page.
What if I don't like the design?
That's what the two revision rounds are for, and they're included in every project. Honestly, the onboarding meeting does most of the work here: when the design comes from real answers about your business instead of guesses, the first draft lands a lot closer. When something's off, tell us plainly and we'll fix it in the design file, before it ever becomes a live page.
