Keeping the site running is covered by the plan. Work that changes the site, including new pages, rewrites, design updates, and photo swaps, is billed at $150 an hour, and anything expected to take more than an hour gets you an estimate before the work starts. Standard requests sent by 2 p.m. are typically live the next business day.
What's included in the plan, and what costs extra?
If the site breaks on its own from a plugin conflict, a technical error, or something failing behind the scenes, the fix is included in the $149. If you want something changed, or if something breaks because of changes made on your end, that's dev work at the hourly rate.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The migration is free, and there's no onboarding charge. $149 a month is the whole number.
What happens if my site goes down?
Usually nothing you'd notice. The platform monitors itself around the clock, and when a server has a problem, sites move to healthy hardware automatically. If something ever does need a human, you contact us, one phone number, one team, and we handle it from there. The platform's engineers are available 24/7 when we need to pull them in.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. A year paid up front is $1,500, instead of $1,788 across twelve monthly payments. Same plan, same everything.
I have more than one website. Can you host them all?
Yes. Each $149 plan covers one site, so a second site is a second plan. If you're bringing several, give us a call and we'll sort out the right setup.
My site isn't WordPress. Can you still host it?
